Shipping & Returns

We ship via US Postal Service within the USA and internationally. Free shipping offers only apply to shipping addresses within the United States of America.

All magazine subscriptions ship by standard or bulk mail; this can take several days to several weeks depending on the speed of the US Postal Service. Every effort is made to ship the magazines as soon as they arrive on our doorstep, but delays can occur within the US Postal Service.

Delivery Address

You must ensure the address and postcode entered during checkout is correct , further delivery costs will be incurred if the address supplied is in-correct and the delivery cannot be completed. Items returned to us as "un-deliverable" by our couriers will not be re-dispatched until extra postage costs have been paid in full. It is the buyers responsibility to provide an address suitable for delivery, and when appropriate where the item can be checked and signed for.

International Orders

We do ship internationally, but exclusively via US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you feel the price noted for shipping is excessive, please contact us at chris@classicbikebooks.com to inquire. Sometimes a book is of a shape or weight that will allow it to be shipped using a less expensive Priority Mail method.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You may return items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving any merchandise.

We cannot accept the following returns:

Any order returned more than 30 days after it was received

Any damaged or otherwise non-resalable book or magazine

Please notify us of all returns before proceeding -- we cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns. Once you have notified us, please repackage the item in the original shipping container and be sure to include your order number. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to make the returns process as smooth as possible. We abide by the following refund policy:

We will refund you in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the item per the conditions listed below

We give a full refund for any order that arrives damaged or in error

Shipping charges are not refundable

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Refunds and credits are not applicable to damaged returns

Coupon/promotional discounts used will be deducted from the refund/credit
